2. Products

I sell physical stationery and art products, including art prints, stickers, washi tapes, notebooks and mugs.

Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and production methods.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices shown are final prices.

I am a small business within the meaning of Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG). German VAT is therefore not charged or shown separately where the small-business exemption applies.

Shipping costs are shown separately before checkout.

Payment is available by:

• PayPal

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Germany using DHL or Deutsche Post.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout and in the Shipping Policy.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact me at shopify@charleneperuchi.com.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

7. Copyright & AI Use

All artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs and other creative content in this shop are protected by copyright.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights in the underlying artwork.

My artwork and other protected content may not be reproduced, copied, distributed or commercially used without my prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

I expressly reserve all rights relating to text and data mining under Section 44b(3) of the German Copyright Act (UrhG).

My artwork and other protected content may not be used without prior written permission for:

• AI or machine-learning training;
• generative AI datasets;
• model fine-tuning;
• automated scraping or harvesting for AI purposes; or
• generating or reproducing works based on my artwork.

Mandatory legal exceptions remain unaffected.

8. Applicable Law

German law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in the consumer's country of residence.
